目的探讨胆矾水煎液的元素组成,及其中与体外A549细胞抑制率关联度最大的元素。方法通过ICP-MS对胆矾水煎液中的元素组成进行分析;用MTT法测得不同浓度下胆矾水煎液对A549细胞的抑制率;通过灰色关联度软件分析与抑制率关联系数最大的元素;用流式细胞术验证促进肺肿瘤细胞凋亡的元素种类。结果胆矾水煎液的主要元素组成为Cu、Zn、Fe、Cd、Mn、Al、Na、Ca等,其中Cu与A549细胞的抑制率关联系数最大,流式细胞研究进一步验证了促进肺癌细胞凋亡的元素种类。结论胆矾水煎液中铜离子与抑制肿瘤生长的关系较大。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the elemental composition of cholestafeus decoction and the element which has the highest correlation with the inhibition rate of A549 cells in vitro. Methods The elemental composition of cholesta alum decoction was analyzed by ICP-MS. The inhibitory rate of cholesta decoction on A549 cells was determined by MTT assay. The correlation coefficient between gray analysis software and the inhibition rate was the largest The element types of lung cancer cell apoptosis were verified by flow cytometry. Results Cu, Zn, Fe, Cd, Mn, Al, Na, Ca and so on were the main elements of cholesta decoction. The correlation coefficient between Cu and A549 cells was the largest. Flow cytometry further validated the mechanism of promoting lung cancer cells Apoptotic elemental species. Conclusion The copper ions in the alum alum decoction have a significant relationship with the inhibition of tumor growth.
