针对LED扩展光源自由曲面设计,提出一种基于等差数列的新型反馈修正方法。该方法按照等差数列的分布形式更改光源网格的划分,以改变各网格对应的光通量,进而改变目标面的照度分布,与各种误差的积累对模型的影响相抵消,最终实现预期的照度均匀分布。以实现花瓣状照度分布LED透镜为例,发现利用该方法设计过程简单,并且可获得高照明均匀度(92.3%),高光效(91.3%)。
Aimed at the design of free-form surface of LED extended light source, a new feedback correction method based on arithmetic progression is proposed. In this method, the division of light grids is changed according to the distribution of arithmetic progression, so as to change the luminous flux corresponding to each grid, so as to change the illuminance distribution of the target surface and counteract the influence of various errors on the model. Finally, Uniform illumination distribution. Taking the LED lens with light distribution of petals as an example, it is found that this method has a simple design process and achieves high illumination uniformity (92.3%) and high luminous efficacy (91.3%).
