目的初步探索小康型乡镇卫生院科室设置标准。方法采用文献分析和问卷调查的方法了解项目县乡镇卫生院科室设置现况,通过定性访谈和专家咨询的方法收集有关小康型乡镇卫生院科室设置的意见。结果小康型乡镇卫生院设置专门的副院级公共卫生机构;门诊科室按照“7+3”模式设置;住院科室按照常规方案或按照分设中医、西医和康复病区的方案;根据具体条件决定手术室的设置。结论小康型乡镇卫生院的公共卫生科室设置可进一步完善;门诊和住院科室设置多元化;管理科室设置进一步细化。
Objective To explore the setting standards of well-to-do township hospitals. Methods The methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey were used to understand the current situation of department setting in township health centers in project counties. The opinions of department setting in well-to-do township hospitals were collected through qualitative interview and expert consultation. Results Well-to-do township hospitals set up specialized hospital-level public health institutions. Outpatient departments were set up according to the pattern of “7 + 3”. The hospital departments were divided into two groups according to the conventional programs or the programs of dividing traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine and rehabilitation wards. Determine the setting of the operating room. Conclusions Well-to-do township public health centers set up public health departments can be further improved; outpatient and inpatient department set diversification; management department set to further refinement.
