近年来,在央行紧缩的货币政策下,企业的融资成本进一步提升,企业所面临的融资困境雪上加霜。本文从目前企业直接融资与间接融资这两大融资方式入手,分析了目前这两种融资方式的融资成本现状,接着阐述了紧缩货币政策下,三大工具对企业融资成本的影响;最后,结合前面的分析,提出了紧缩货币政策下降低企业融资成本的路径与对策。
In recent years, under the tightening monetary policy of the central bank, the financing costs of enterprises have further increased, and the financing difficulties faced by enterprises have been further exacerbated. This article starts with the current two major financing methods: direct financing and indirect financing, and analyzes the current status of the financing costs of the two financing methods. Then it explains the impact of the three major tools on corporate financing costs under tight monetary policy; The previous analysis put forward the path and countermeasures of reducing the financing cost of enterprises under tightening monetary policy.
