目的:建立蒲公英中主要有效成分阿魏酸的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)含量测定方法。方法:采用高效毛细管电泳法,电泳条件:未涂层的弹性石英毛细管柱(75μm×57/50 cm),电解质为20 mmol.L-1硼砂溶液(pH 9.18),分离电压18 kV,柱温25℃,压力进样5 s,检测波长328 nm。结果:阿魏酸在0.002~0.012 g.L-1呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.22%,RSD 1.78%。结论:本法专属性强,简便快速,结果准确可靠,重复性好,适用于检测蒲公英中阿魏酸的含量。
Objective: To establish a high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) method for the determination of ferulic acid, the main active ingredient in dandelion. Methods: High-performance capillary electrophoresis was used. The conditions of electrophoresis were: uncoated elastic quartz capillary column (75μm × 57 / 50cm), 20 mmol·L-1 borax electrolyte solution (pH 9.18), separation voltage of 18 kV, 25 ℃, pressure injection 5 s, detection wavelength 328 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between ferulic acid and 0.002 ~ 0.012 g · L-1, r = 0.999 8, with an average recovery of 98.22% and a RSD of 1.78%. Conclusion: This method is specific, simple and rapid, the results are accurate and reliable, good repeatability, suitable for detecting the content of ferulic acid in dandelion.
