为探讨金龟子前翅数学形态特征用于金龟子分类及亲缘关系判别的可行性,以丽金龟科、花金龟科和鳃金龟科3个科8种金龟子为研究对象,应用BugShape 1.0软件提取金龟子右鞘翅偏心率、叶状性、球状性、似圆度、紧凑度和7个Hu不变矩等12项数学形态特征,最后进行方差分析和聚类分析。方差分析结果表明所提取的特征参数在种内无显著差异(Sig>0.01),而在种间差异极显著(Sig<0.01),说明形态特征参数均能用于金龟子分类鉴定。聚类分析结果表明,从数学形态学角度出发,8种金龟子亲缘关系远近为小青花金龟子与白星花金龟子,大云斑鳃金龟子与华北大黑鳃金龟子,苹毛金龟子与黑绒金龟子的亲缘关系较近,而铜绿丽金龟子与黄褐金龟子与其他种类的亲缘关系较远。
In order to investigate the feasibility of the morphological characteristics of beetle fronds used in the classification of beetles and the identification of their kinship, eight Beetle species belonging to the families Limonium, Chrysomellum and Gill Beetle were studied. BugShape 1.0 software was used to extract the right coleoptile eccentrics Rate, leafiness, globularity, roundness, compactness and seven Hu moments, and other 12 mathematical morphological characteristics, and finally analysis of variance and cluster analysis. Analysis of variance showed that there was no significant difference (Sig> 0.01) for the extracted characteristic parameters, but significant difference (Sig <0.01) between the species, indicating that the morphological parameters can be used for the classification of beetles. The results of cluster analysis showed that the relationship between the eight species of beetle and their relatives was from the mathematical morphology point of view. The genetic relationship between the two species of Scarabaera leucocephala and Scophthalmus maximus, Closer to the ground, while the copper-green beetle and the yellow-brown beetle are distantly related to other species.
