[目的]探讨延边地区朝鲜族和汉族小学生肥胖和胰岛素抵抗(IR)与不同脂肪细胞因子的相关性.[方法]选择延边地区8~12岁朝鲜族和汉族小学生3 879例作为研究对象,测定肥胖指标和空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素、脂联素、瘦素及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平.采用稳态模式评估法(HOMA)评估人体IR(HOMA-IR).[结果]朝鲜族小学生体质量指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、HOMA-IR、脂联素和瘦素水平分别为18.2±3.4,62.4±8.7,13.1(9.9~16.9),3.3(2.1~4.3)和1.4(1.1~1.9),汉族小学生分别为17.1±3.1,61.3±7.4,12.0(8.2~16.5),4.1(2.7~5.6)和1.3(1.0~1.6).BMI,WC及HOMA-IR与脂联素呈负相关关系,与瘦素及TNF-α呈正相关关系(P<0.01);朝鲜族和汉族小学生BMI,WC及HOMA-IR与不同脂肪细胞因子的相关性程度有所不同.[结论]延边地区小学生肥胖指标、HOMA-IR和脂肪细胞因子的分布特征存在明显的民族差异;BMI,WC及HOMA-IR与不同脂肪细胞因子的相关性程度有所不同,亦存在民族差异.
[Objective] To explore the correlation between obesity and insulin resistance (IR) and different adipocytokines among Korean and Han pupils in Yanbian area. [Methods] A total of 3879 Korean and Chinese pupils from 8 to 12 years old in Yanbian area were selected as research objects. [Conclusion] There were significant ethnic differences in the distribution of obesity index, HOMA-IR and adipocytokines in primary school students in Yanbian area.
