随着企业环境研究的兴起,如何确定企业环境的研究边界问题越来越显得重要而迫切。理论界关于企业环境有三种观点:广义的外部环境论、狭义的外部环境论及内外部系统环境论。鉴于企业与环境边界越来越趋于动态化、模糊化的现实,把握企业环境的研究边界应注意将内外部环境结合起来,在全面分析的同时更应注重关键要素,同时要学会区分企业的实体边界和能力边界。
With the rise of enterprise environment research, it becomes more and more important and urgent to determine the research boundary of business environment. There are three views about the business environment in theoretical circles: the generalized external environment theory, the narrow external environment theory and the internal and external system environment theory. In view of the fact that the boundary between business and environment tends to be more dynamic and fuzzy, the research boundary that grasps the business environment should pay attention to combining the internal and external environment. At the same time, it should pay more attention to the key elements while analyzing comprehensively, at the same time, Physical and Capability Boundaries.
