作者采用局部结膜下麻醉（３０例）和球周阻滞（５０例）行白内障囊外摘除眼内人工晶体植入手术。两种方法均取得满意的麻醉效果，无严重并发症发生。从安全和可靠的观点出发，作者认为在现阶段采用球周阻滞做白内障手术更为适宜。
The authors performed extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation under local subconjunctival anesthesia (30 cases) and balloon occlusion (50 cases). Both methods have achieved satisfactory anesthetic effect, no serious complications occurred. From a safe and reliable point of view, the authors believe it is more appropriate to use cataract surgery at this stage.
