党的十八大明确提出,以服务群众、做群众工作为主要任务,加强基层服务型党组织建设。农村基层党组织肩负着解决农业农村农民问题、领导农村全面建成小康社会的重要职责。近年来,肇东市尚家镇福山村党组织更新观念,立足实际,明晰思路,强化服务,在破解制约农业农村发展瓶颈上进行了大胆探索,取得了显著成效。2013年农民人均纯收入达到13 027元,跃居全市上游水平。
The 18th CPC National Congress explicitly proposed that we should serve the masses and do mass work as the main task and strengthen the building of grass-roots service-oriented party organizations. The rural grass-roots party organizations shoulder the important responsibility of settling the problems of agricultural and rural peasants and leading the rural areas in building an overall well-to-do society. In recent years, the party organization of Fushan Village, Shangjia Town, Zhaodong City, has renewed its concept, conducted a bold exploration based on actual conditions, clarified its thinking, strengthened its service and cracked the bottleneck restricting the development of agriculture and rural areas and achieved remarkable results. In 2013, the per capita net income of peasants reached 13,027 yuan, jumping to the upper reaches of the city.
