玉米花丝多糖具有降血糖、抗癌、调节免疫等生理功能。以玉米花丝为原料,利用酶法提取多糖。选取花丝类型、酶添加量、温度和时间4个因素,采用L9(34)正交实验设计,2次重复。结果表明,花丝多糖提取的最佳方法是:采用半老花丝,纤维素酶添加量为4%,水浴温度55℃,时间2.5h。酶法分离花丝多糖的提取率为4.35%,比对照高2.5个百分点。对花丝进行酶解可提高多糖的提取率。玉米花丝来源丰富,易于采集,具有广阔的研发前景。
Corn silk polysaccharide with hypoglycemic, anti-cancer, immune and other physiological functions. With corn silk as raw material, enzymatic extraction of polysaccharides. Four factors including the type of filament, enzyme dosage, temperature and time were selected. The L9 (34) orthogonal design was used and repeated two times. The results showed that the best method for extracting polysaccharides from silk was as follows: using semi-old filament, adding 4% cellulase, water bath temperature 55 ℃, time 2.5h. Enzymatic separation of filament polysaccharide extraction rate of 4.35%, 2.5 percentage points higher than the control. Enzymatic hydrolysis of silk can improve the polysaccharide extraction rate. Corn silk sources rich, easy to collect, with broad research and development prospects.
