杨东录简介:西安政治学院军事安全保卫系主任、教授、博士研究生导师,大校军衔,专业技术5级。《军队保卫工作》杂志编辑委员会委员、总编辑。陕西西安政治学院司法鉴定中心主任。军队保卫部门侦察技术专业技术资格评审委员会委员,中国刑事科学技术协会会员,中国法学会军事法学研究会会员,西安政治学院学位委员会委员。荣获全军育才奖银奖,享受军队优秀专业技术人才一类岗位津贴。全军预防犯罪工作先进个人。4次荣立三等功。独立出版专著4部;主编、副主编专著13部;主编、副主编或参编出版全军重点教材和学院教材16部;应邀主编或参编全军统编教材7部。合作完成多项学院精品科研项目和重点项目;参与多项军委和总部重要法规的起草和修订工作。发表论文50余篇,有多篇被《人大复印资料》《世界警察参考》转载或题录。多项教学科研成果获奖。
