目的 探讨 T N Fαm Ab 对缺血再灌注大鼠脑损伤的影响。方法 用 Zea longa 报道的大白鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注尼龙线栓塞模型,对 6h 短暂脑缺血/再灌注大白鼠使用抗 T N Fαm Ab/生理盐水后的脑梗塞体积、脑组织病理学变化及微血管内白细胞聚集及附壁现象进行了观察。结果 抗 T N Fαm Ab 能减少脑梗塞体积,减轻脑组织变性坏死程度,减少白细胞在微血管内的聚集和粘附。结论 抗 T N Fαm Ab 能起到减轻脑缺血/再灌注损伤作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of T N Fαm Ab on brain injury induced by ischemiareperfusion in rats. Methods The model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats was established by Zea Longa. The infarct volume, the volume of cerebral infarction and the volume of cerebral infarction in rats subjected to transient ischemic / reperfusion injury at 6 hours after anti-TNF-αm Ab / Pathological changes and microvascular endothelial cell adhesion and adhesion phenomenon was observed. Results Anti-T N F αm Ab can reduce the volume of cerebral infarction, reduce the degree of degeneration and necrosis of brain tissue, reduce leukocyte accumulation and adhesion in the microvascular. Conclusion Anti-T N F αm Ab can play a role in reducing cerebral ischemia / reperfusion injury.
