In order to study the effects of different terrestrial plant patterns on soil organic carbon storage and soil respiration characteristics in coastal reclamation area, we planted 8a pure Pinus elliottii plantation, Pinus elliottii-Amorpha fruticosa mixed forest and purple ear Huai Chunlin three typical terrestrial plant configuration model to nude as a control, the use of Li-6400 portable photosynthetic apparatus of the soil respiration of the leaf chamber of its soil respiration was measured during the impact of soil organic carbon content and soil bulk density Soil respiration of soil microclimate factors, plant community structure were measured simultaneously. The results showed that the range of soil organic carbon storage varied from 2.96 to 6.91 kg / m2 in 0-40 cm soil layer: mixed forest of Slash Pine + Amorpha fruticosa> bare land> Pure Amorphophallus heterophylla> pure forest of Pinus elliottii plantation, The improvement of soil organic carbon storage was different. The mixed configuration of Slash Pine and Amorpha fruticosa was more favorable to increase the soil organic carbon storage in reclamation area than the pure forest. The average annual soil respiration rate ranged from 2.74 to 5.19μmol / (m2 · s) Amorphophallus heterophylla> Pinus elliottii - Amorpha fruticosa> Pinus elliottii> bare land, the soil temperature is the key factor influencing the soil respiration in coastal reclamation area. The differences of soil respiration in different allocation patterns may be related to the soil organic carbon storage, Plant leaf area index. It can provide a scientific basis for man-made management in order to increase remittances in coastal reclamation areas.
