目的探讨前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)在早期筛查前列腺癌中的临床意义。方法对正常人组、Ⅲ型前列腺炎组、前列腺增生组各30例患者行按摩前、按摩1 h内及按摩24 h后的PSA监测。结果正常人组、Ⅲ型前列腺炎组、前列腺增生组与自身对照比较按摩前与按摩1 h内PSA值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);按摩前、按摩1 h内与按摩24 h后PSA值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论前列腺按摩1 h内及时抽血测定对PSA值无影响,门诊病人有针对性实施PSA监测对筛查早期前列腺癌具有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in early screening of prostate cancer. Methods Thirty patients in normal group, type Ⅲ prostatitis group and benign prostatic hyperplasia group were given PSA monitoring within 1 h before massage and 24 h after massage. Results There was no significant difference in PSA between normal control group, type Ⅲ prostatitis group and benign prostatic hyperplasia group and self-control group within 1 h before and after massage (P> 0.05). Before massage, massage within 1 h and after massage for 24 h There was significant difference in PSA between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Prostate massage in a timely manner within 1 h of blood test has no effect on the PSA value, outpatient targeted monitoring of PSA for the screening of early prostate cancer has important clinical significance.
