单位犯罪刑事责任的目的是预防犯罪。在分析单位犯罪社会危害性范围、社会危害程度、刑事责任承担方式的基础上,区分单位犯罪的整体刑事责任和单位成员的刑事责任。
The purpose of criminal responsibility of a unit of crime is crime prevention. On the basis of analyzing the social harmfulness of unit crime, the degree of harm to society and the way of assuming criminal responsibility, the overall criminal liability of unit crime and the criminal responsibility of unit member should be distinguished.
