为加快推广绿色施工,为业主优选绿色施工承包商,结合传统评标方法和绿色施工特点,确定绿色施工评标流程,建立可行的绿色施工评标流程及指标体系,结合层次分析法(AHP)和逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)构建AHP-TOPSIS评标模型,从资质、技术和经济三类指标对绿色施工项目的投标文件进行综合评价,可以从计算结果分别得出各投标书在三个不同指标上的优劣排序以及投标书综合的优劣排序。最后,通过工程实例对四个投标文件进行评价,验证了该方法在绿色施工项目评标中的可行性。
In order to speed up the promotion of green construction and optimize the green contractor for the owners, the green bidding process and the green bidding process were established according to the traditional bid evaluation methods and the characteristics of green construction. Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) AHP-TOPSIS bidding evaluation model based on TOPSIS and TOPSIS, a comprehensive evaluation of the bidding documents of green construction projects from the three aspects of qualification, technology and economy can be concluded from the calculation results. Different indicators on the merits and demerits of tender and the merits of the tender sort. Finally, the four bidding documents are evaluated through the engineering examples to verify the feasibility of this method in the bid evaluation of green construction projects.
