1985年4月～10月本院诊治5例由精神因素引起的中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(以下简称中浆病),现报告如下。讨论中浆病是一种常见的眼底病。近年来由于荧光眼底血管造影术的应用,证明本病原发于脉络膜,系脉络膜毛细血管发生病变,通透性增加,渗出液通过变性的玻璃膜和色素上皮层聚积于视网膜下,形成视网膜神经上皮层的脱离。以往论述病因的学说很多,本文报告5例均和精神因素有关。大脑颞叶亦认为是精神性或释义性皮层。一切精神刺激均使大脑颞叶精神区的神经细胞发生冲动,经皮层乳头纤维和乳头体内
