随着油田开发进入中后期高含水阶段,近井地带油层骨架遭到破坏,地层亏空严重。另外,油井生产时间日益增长,套管破损现象较严重,随之,特殊井增多,防砂难度增大,防砂效果变差。尤其对于油藏出细粉砂井一直没有很好的解决办法,部分油井因出砂而长停。地层深部纤维防砂技术为这些疑难井的防砂带来了曙光。2006年在兴隆台采油厂的12口油井实施该技术,施工成功率100%,措施有效率85%,累增油5360t,累增气26.9×104m3。
With the development of oilfields entering the middle and late stage of high water cut, the skeleton of the oil layer in the near-wellbore area is destroyed and the formation is in serious deficit. In addition, the oil well production time is increasing, casing damage is more serious, along with the increase of special wells, sand control more difficult to control sand worsened. In particular, there has been no good solution to the fine silt wells in the reservoir. Some wells have been stopped for a long time due to sand production. The deep fiber sand control technology in the stratum brings dawn to the sand control of these troubled wells. In 2006, 12 wells in Xinglongtai Oil Production Plant were used to carry out this technology. The construction success rate was 100%, the effective measure was 85%, oil accumulation was 5360t, and accumulated gas was 26.9 × 104m3.
