随着我国经济的迅猛发展,供电公司规模也迅速扩张,与此同时其经济实力也随之增强。随着供电公司的经济增长,其财务管理也越来越繁琐复杂。传统的财务管理已经不能满足供电公司当前的财务需求,且在财务日常管理中的不足之处也日趋突显。因此,需要对供电公司的财务管理在原有基础上提出新的管理思路。笔者根据供电公司财务管理的内容,阐述财务管理的发展现状,针对其中存在的问题提出创新管理思路。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the size of power supply companies has also rapidly expanded, and at the same time its economic strength has also increased. As the power company’s economic growth, its financial management is also more complicated. The traditional financial management can no longer meet the current financial needs of power companies, and the deficiencies in the daily financial management have become increasingly prominent. Therefore, it is necessary to put forward a new management idea on the basis of the original financial management of the power supply company. According to the content of financial management of power supply company, the author expounds the current situation of financial management and proposes innovative management ideas according to the existing problems.
