关于企业ERP的选型,有不少基本的问题要考虑,比如确定自己的核心模块、要高端还是中低端的产品、与怎样的厂商合作等。不同的企业对于ERP选型也会有自己的思考。 在服装行业中,TAP集团具有非常重要的地位。它专门从事生产高级男女服装、女士套装等,产品销往大型商场、专业商店和零售商。近年来,他们也在内地进行生产、开拓业务。执行总监李先生一直为TAP集团管理上存在的问题而苦恼,他决定要上一套服装行业的ERP软件,让他来告诉我们选型过程中的种种体验吧。
