国有股比重过大以及不能上市流通严重影响我国证券市场的健康发展。当前解决这一问题的方案主要有两种:一是出售,二是回购。除此之外,笔者认为,把国有股由普通股转换成优先股,也是解决国有股问题的重要选择。 The over-proportioning of state-owned shares and the failure to go public can seriously affect the healthy development of China’s securities market.
