为了解天津市四星级以上宾馆集中空调系统污染状况,于2010年7—11月随机抽取18家四星级以上宾馆的集中空调系统进行现场采样、检测和录像。录像资料显示管道内污染有霉斑、垃圾,积尘较厚。1家冷却水、冷凝水中检出嗜肺军团菌;4个机组新风量不符合要求;风管系统积尘含量合格率为30.97%,细菌总数合格率为90.27%,真菌总数合格率为73.45%;送风系统中细菌总数合格率为61.59%,真菌总数合格率为43.48%,PM10合格率为89.13%,β-溶血性链球菌未检出。结果提示本次调查的天津市四星级以上宾馆集中空调系统卫生学指标存在超标现象,应加强清洗和消毒。
In order to understand the pollution condition of centralized air-conditioning system of hotels above 4-star in Tianjin, a centralized air-conditioning system of 18 4-star hotels and above was randomly selected from July to November 2010 for on-site sampling, testing and video recording. Video data shows pipeline contamination mildew, garbage, dust thick. 1 cold water and condensate water were detected in Legionella pneumophila; 4 units of fresh air volume does not meet the requirements; duct system dust content pass rate of 30.97%, the total bacterial pass rate was 90.27%, the total number of fungi pass rate of 73.45% ; The total number of bacteria in the air supply system was 61.59%, the pass rate of fungi was 43.48%, the pass rate of PM10 was 89.13%, β-hemolytic streptococcus was not detected. The results suggest that this survey of hotels in Tianjin more than four-star hotel air-conditioning system hygiene indicators over the standard phenomenon, should be strengthened cleaning and disinfection.
