本文以湖北农学院选育的高产、优质、中秆、中熟的品系 348,0 5①院 0 0 6和从乌兹别克引进的矮秆、早熟陆地棉品种BHHИИССХ - 1共 3份材料的γ3代为供试材料 ,研究它们的正常型、非正常型和混合型 (作对照 )的主要经济性状变异规律。结果表明 :γ3变异规律总体趋于一致。在皮棉产量 ,单株铃数 ,单铃重、衣分、纤维长度、霜前花率等数量性状都发生明显变异 ,在很大程度上扩大了突变谱 ,增加了有变异频率。在中秆、中熟的高产品种 (系 ) 348γ3和 0 5① 0 0 6γ3的正常型中能选出高产、优质、早熟的类型 ,而在矮秆、早熟品种BHHИИCCX - 1γ3中 ,则应在非正常型中选择 ,这为提高有利变异的选择 ,提供依据。
In this paper, Hubei Province Agricultural College bred high yield, high quality, medium stalk, medium maturity line 348,0 5 ① hospital 0 0 6 and imported from Uzbekistan dwarf, precocious landrace cotton BHHИИССХ - 1 total of 3 materials γ3 generation for Test materials to study their normal, non-normal and mixed (as a control) of the main economic traits of variation. The results showed that the variation of γ3 tended to be consistent. In lint yield, the number of bolls per plant, boll weight, lint percentage, fiber length, frost bloom rate and other quantitative traits have obvious variation, to a large extent, expanded the mutation spectrum, increasing the frequency of mutation. High yield, high quality, precocious types can be selected among the middle and high yielding cultivars (line) 348γ3 and 0 5① 0 0 6γ3, while in the dwarf and precocious cultivar BHHИИCCX - 1γ3, Normal selection, which provides the basis for improving the choice of favorable mutation.
