视网膜母细胞瘤的超微结构,在国内除王氏于1984年全国眼科学术会议上报告2例外,未见其他报导。著者观察了3例,报告如下。例1,毕×女5岁住院号27053。例2,黄××男3岁住院号272117。例3,贾××男1.5岁住院号272314。病史:4～6个月前发现患儿瞳孔反黄光、患眼外斜、视力光觉丧失。查体:患眼有灰白色隆起视网膜脱离、眼压T+1～T+3、B超声及C—T诊断为球内占位性病变。在家人同意下手术摘出眼球、送病理检查。光镜检查:球内大部为瘤组织所充填、
The ultrastructure of retinoblastoma was reported in China except Wang’s 1984 national ophthalmology conference. There were no other reports. The author observed three cases and the report is as follows. Example 1, Bi × female 5 years old hospital number 27053. Example 2, Huang × × male 3 years old hospital number 272117. Example 3, Jia × × male 1.5 years old hospital number 272314. History: 4 to 6 months ago, the pupils were found to have anti-yellow pupils, external oblique eyes, and loss of visual acuity. Physical examination: The patient had grayish white bulge retinal detachment, intraocular pressure T+1 to T+3, and B-ultrasound and C-T diagnosed as lesions within the ball.
