本实验用甲基节基亚硝胺诱发大鼠食管上皮增生。之后,停止给药,观察上皮增生与肿瘤发生的关系。实验结果表明:甲基苄基亚硝胺诱发的大鼠食管上皮增生,虽无致癌物的继续给予,部分动物的食管上皮增生仍可发展为乳头状瘤,並可以癌变。但是,发生癌变的时间延长,癌发生率降低。部分动物的食管上皮增生停留在增生阶段或乳头状瘤阶段,未看到恢复正常者。上皮增生是食管癌发展的一个中间阶段。因而阻断上皮增生,使其逆转恢复正常,对预防食管癌将具有重要的意义。
In this experiment, rat esophageal epithelial hyperplasia was induced by methyl benzylideneamine. After that, the administration was stopped and the relationship between epithelial hyperplasia and tumorigenesis was observed. The experimental results showed that the hyperplasia of rat esophageal epithelium induced by methylbenzyl nitrosamine, although no continuation of carcinogens, can cause epithelial hyperplasia of some animals to develop into papilloma and can be cancerous. However, the prolonged period of canceration reduces the incidence of cancer. Some of the animal’s esophageal epithelial hyperplasia stayed in the stage of hyperplasia or papilloma and did not return to normal. Epithelial hyperplasia is an intermediate stage in the development of esophageal cancer. Therefore, blocking epithelial hyperplasia and reversing it to normal can play an important role in the prevention of esophageal cancer.
