我院自１９７６年～１９９５年，胃镜诊断多种胃部病变后行手术治疗且有病理诊断者５７５１例。其中，病理诊断为胃嗜酸性肉芽肿３４例，术前胃镜确诊者仅１３例。另２１例镜下分别诊断为胃癌或巨大溃疡恶变１７例，良性溃疡及胃息肉各２例；活检病理诊断为慢性胃溃疡１１例、
In our hospital from 1976 to 1995, 5751 cases were diagnosed by gastroscopy after surgical treatment and pathological diagnosis. Among them, pathological diagnosis was gastric eosinophilic granuloma in 34 cases, and only 13 cases were confirmed by preoperative gastroscopy. Another 21 cases were diagnosed as malignant gastric cancer or giant ulcer in 17 cases respectively, 2 cases of benign ulcers and 2 cases of gastric polyps, and 11 cases of chronic gastric ulcer diagnosed by biopsy.
