部门绩效是企业整体绩效的基础。本文在对部门绩效测评目的、部门绩效测评相关概念进行界定后,提出了基于部门类型和绩效维度的部门绩效测评框架,并对具体测评过程进行了详细分析。这一研究将为企业对下属职能部门或工作团队的绩效评价、员工激励计划制定等实践活动提供一定的理论借鉴。
Departmental performance is the basis of the overall performance of an enterprise. After defining the purpose of departmental performance appraisal and the concept of departmental performance appraisal, this paper proposes a departmental performance appraisal framework based on departmental type and performance dimension, and analyzes the specific appraisal process in detail. This research will provide some theoretical reference for the practice activities such as the performance evaluation of the subordinate functional departments or work teams and the staff incentive plan formulation.
