人力资源管理是一门实践性很强的学科。当前,人力资源管理专业的传统教学模式限制了学生创新思维的培养,课程设置不合理,教材编写落后,教师实践和社会经验欠缺,导致了实践教学目标难以达成、学生知识体系不完整。人力资源管理专业应基于建构主义理论,构建实例式人力资源管理教学模式。其模式的主要步骤是:设计真实任务,创设情境;提供复杂情境,确立并拓展问题;运用知识作为求解的工具,自主学习;学生共享所学内容,协作学习;效果评价,完成所学知识的意义建构。
Human resource management is a highly practical discipline. At present, the traditional teaching mode of human resource management has restricted the cultivation of students 'innovative thinking, the unreasonable curriculum, the backward compilation of teaching materials, the lack of teachers' practice and social experience, which makes it difficult to reach the goal of practical teaching and the incomplete knowledge system of students.
