本文研究了应用PMBP-石油醚进行萃取分离的条件,并拟定了二溴硝基偶氮氯膦(DBNCPA)吸光光度法测定显像管屏玻璃中铈的方法。在给定条件下,用PMBP-石油醚进行等体积一次萃取,再用1M盐酸溶液进行等体积一次反萃取,铈的回收率即可达95%以上。比耳定律范围为0~10μg Ce/25ml,摩尔吸光系数为1.04×10~5。用DBNCPA作为光度测定某些复杂样品中铈的显色剂,灵敏度高,选择性好。用以测定合成样品及实样,变动系数在2.0%以内。方法简便,是目前测定玻璃样品中铈或铈组稀土的较好方法。
In this paper, the conditions of extraction and separation using PMBP-petroleum ether were studied, and the method for determination of cerium in the glass of CRT was developed by DBNCPA spectrophotometry. Under the given conditions, an equal volume of one extraction with PMBP-petroleum ether, followed by an equal volume of 1 M hydrochloric acid back-extraction, the recovery of cerium up to 95%. Beer’s law range of 0 ~ 10μg Ce / 25ml, molar extinction coefficient of 1.04 × 10 ~ 5. Using DBNCPA as photometric reagent of cerium in some complex samples, it has high sensitivity and good selectivity. For the determination of synthetic samples and samples, the coefficient of variation within 2.0%. The method is simple and convenient, and is a good method for determining the rare earths of cerium or cerium in glass samples.
