变厚煤层不同设备同面协同开采技术

以岱庄煤矿4320工作面为工程背景,对变厚煤层不同设备同面协同开采工作面布置及特殊技术进行了研究。与“仅在厚煤层区域布置综采工作面”布置方案相比,“将薄厚煤层布置在同一工作面中进行回采”方案的回采工艺难度增加,但可多回收8.3万t煤炭;在不违反《煤矿安全规程》的前提下,实行2套综采设备对接对变厚煤层进行同时开采的技术,并对刮板输送机搭接技术、煤矸分离装置以及工作面缩面安全技术进行了分析。 Based on the engineering background of 4320 working face in Daizhuang Coal Mine, the layout and special technology of the same face mining face with different equipment in thick seam are studied.
