本文报告16年中发现的22例胃肠道原发性淋巴瘤,占同时期胃、小肠钡剂检查的0.07％。所有病例都经常规钡餐检查或使用不凝絮钡胃肠跟踪检查。诊断均经内窥镜或手术活检证实。原发性淋巴瘤的诊断系按Dawson的标准:(1)病人首次就诊未扪及增大的淋巴结;(2)胸片未发现明显的纵膈淋巴结增大;(3)白细胞计数和分类正常;(4)剖腹探查时,小肠病变为主,仅有邻近的淋巴结受累;(5)肝、脾无肿瘤表现。
This article reports 22 cases of primary lymphomas of the gastrointestinal tract found in 16 years, accounting for 0.07% of gastric and intestinal barium examinations at the same time. All cases were checked by regular barium meal or non-blotted gastrointestinal track tests. The diagnosis was confirmed by endoscopy or surgical biopsy. Primary lymphomas were diagnosed according to Dawson’s criteria: (1) Untreated and enlarged lymph nodes in the patient’s first visit; (2) No significant mediastinal lymph node enlargement on the chest radiograph; (3) Normal white blood cell count and classification (4) When the exploratory laparotomy is performed, the small intestine lesions are predominant, only the adjacent lymph nodes are involved; (5) The liver and spleen have no tumor manifestations.
