随着我国LNG液化厂在沿海发达地区迅速扩张,防爆电气设备的安全管理成为了新能源企业安全发展的重要环节。由于现场对防爆电气设备的管理还没有系统的指导意见,对防爆电气设备的风险管理还存在很多问题。因此,本文以气电集团新能源公司下属的LNG液化厂现场检查的问题为依据,采用问题统计与定性分析相结合的方法,通过不同角度对问题进行系统的分析。同时对问题所处的不同阶段进行分析,真实反映现场防爆电气设备的现状与发展动态,为防爆电气设备进行全方位全生命周期风险管理提供了科学的依据和指导。
With the rapid expansion of China’s LNG liquefaction plant in the developed coastal areas, the safety management of explosion-proof electrical equipment has become an important part of the safe development of new energy enterprises. As on-site management of explosion-proof electrical equipment has no systematic guidance, risk management of explosion-proof electrical equipment, there are still many problems. Therefore, based on the on-site inspection of the LNG liquefaction plant affiliated to the New Energy Company of the Gas Power Group, this paper systematically analyzes the problems from different perspectives by adopting the combination of problem statistics and qualitative analysis. At the same time, it analyzes the different stages of the problem and truly reflects the current situation and development trend of on-site explosion-proof electrical equipment, providing a scientific basis and guidance for the full life-cycle risk management of explosion-proof electrical equipment.
