针对高超声速流场波系结构复杂、激波相互作用强、激波强度差别大等特点,发展了非侵入式、高灵敏度的彩色纹影流场显示技术,结合彩色滤光片设计技术和高速摄影技术,将彩色纹影系统的空间分辨率提高至0.1mm量级,时间分辨率达到1s量级。在高超声速激波风洞中分别研究了斜激波相互作用产生的正规反射和马赫反射激波结构,以及斜激波与弓形激波相互作用产生的IV型激波干扰,得到了清晰的彩色纹影照片,细致展现了待测流场的复杂结构,证明了该彩色纹影技术能够为高超声速流场诊断提供有力的技术支撑。
In view of the complex structure of the wave system in hypersonic flow field, strong shock interaction and large difference in shock intensity, a noninvasive and highly sensitive color smear flow field display technology has been developed. Combining with color filter design technology and high speed Photographic technology, the color image system, the spatial resolution increased to 0.1mm magnitude, time resolution of 1s order of magnitude. In the hypersonic wind tunnel, the normal reflections and the Mach-echo shock structures produced by the interaction of oblique shocks and the type-IV shock waves generated by the interaction between oblique shocks and arcuate shocks are studied respectively, resulting in a clear color The smear pictures show the complicated structure of the flow field under test carefully, which proves that this technique can provide powerful technical support for hypersonic flow field diagnosis.
