进入5月份,随着公积金贷款门槛降低、二套房贷首付下调以及“3·30”房贷新政等政策成效陆续显现,我国房地产市场出现积极变化,购房者信心有所恢复,全国商品房销售市场有所回暖,房地产开发投资回落幅度有所减缓。商品房销售面积降幅继续收窄。1—5月份,全国商品房销售面积35996万平方米,同比下降0.2%,降幅比1—4月份收窄4.6个百分点,连续三个月收窄。其中住宅销售面积同比持平,1—4月份为下降5.0%。
In May, with the lowering of the threshold for provident fund loans, the down payment of two sets of mortgage loans and the success of policies such as the “3.30 ” mortgage credit revamp, the real estate market in our country has seen some positive changes. The confidence of homebuyers has been restored. Some pick up, real estate development investment slowed down somewhat. Commercial housing sales continued to narrow the decline. From January to May, the sales area of commercial buildings in the country was 359.96 million square meters, down 0.2% from the same period of last year, a drop of 4.6 percentage points from the first quarter of April and narrowing for three consecutive months. Among them, the sales area of residential buildings remained flat year-on-year, with a decrease of 5.0% in January-April.
