目的观察前列地尔与缬沙坦联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病效果。方法选取新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院内分泌科2010年1月至2010年6月的早期糖尿病肾病患者116例,按随机化原则分为单一组和联合组,各58例,单一组患者予缬沙坦治疗,联合组患者予前列地尔与缬沙坦治疗,以治疗后好转率、UAlb、Cr、BUN为指标。结果单一组好转率68.9%低于联合组82.7%;单一组患者治疗后UAlb、Cr、BUN均高于联合组,联合组疗效显著优于单一组。结论对于早期糖尿病肾病,予前列地尔、缬沙坦联用,效果确切。
Objective To observe the effect of alprostadil combined with valsartan in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 116 patients with early diabetic nephropathy from January 2010 to June 2010 in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into single group and combined group according to the principle of randomization. Fifty-eight patients in each group received valsartan treatment , Combination group patients were treated with alprostadil and valsartan, and the rate of improvement after treatment, UAlb, Cr, BUN as indicators. Results The improvement rate of single group was 68.9% lower than that of the combined group (82.7%). UAb, Cr and BUN were higher in the single group than those in the combined group. The combined group had better curative effect than the single group. Conclusion For early diabetic nephropathy, to prostaglandin, valsartan combined with the exact effect.
