“课堂教学应被看做师生人生中一段重要的生命经历,是他们生命的有意义的构成部分。对于学生而言,课堂教学是其学校生命的最基本的构成部分,它的质量,影响学生当前以及以后的多方面的发展和成长。”(叶澜语)“动态生成”是新课程改革的理念之一,它要求从生命的高度,用动态生成的观点看待课堂教学。它告诉我们,教学过程是生动可变的,教师应充分关注“学生”这个资源的重要提供者,根据学生的真实需要随时作出调整,形成真正意义上的师生互动,相互启迪,共同研究与成长,唯有如此课堂才会始终充满活力。笔者结合实践探索谈谈认识。
