本文报告130例逆行胆道胰管造影诊断胰腺炎的经验。130例病人分两组。第一组77例,有慢性肤腺炎的临床与生化表现,并有以下症状:连续发作的腹痛,体重明显减轻,胰腺钙化或胰外分泌功能障碍。第二组53例,有急性复发性胰腺炎症状,诊断不如第一组肯定,症状可来自胰腺功能正常者的急性发作,但也可系隐匿性慢性胰腺炎的发作。造影结果:胰管的X线表现分为明显变化与轻度
This article reports 130 cases of retrograde biliary duct pancreatic angiography in the diagnosis of pancreatitis experience. 130 patients divided into two groups.
