新乡职业技术学院是经河南省人民政府批准并在教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等职业院校。2009年2月28日,国务院副总理张德江同志在学院视察时,对学院发展提出了殷切希望;要建设全国一流的职业院校,培养全国最好的技能人才。新乡职业技术学院-航海技术学院是新乡职业技术学院的特色院系,是河南省唯一一所获得国家海事局认可的高职高专类航海院校。学院各项航海类专业设施设备均通过国家海事局审核,符合履行STCW78/10国际公约的要求。
Xinxiang Vocational and Technical College is approved by the Henan Provincial People’s Government and filed in the Ministry of Education public full-time ordinary higher vocational colleges. On February 28, 2009, Vice Premier Zhang Dejiang made a great wish for the development of the college during his inspection at the college. He hoped to build a nation-class vocational college and train the best skilled personnel in the country. Xinxiang Vocational and Technical College - Navigation Institute of Technology is Xinxiang Vocational and Technical College of the characteristics of departments, is the only one in Henan Province approved by the State Maritime Bureau vocational and technical colleges and universities. College of maritime professional facilities and equipment have passed the review of the State Maritime Safety Administration, in line with the implementation of STCW78 / 10 international conventions.
