本文总结了1991年以来收治的9例创伤性膈疝病例，进行回顾性分析，对其诊断与治疗进行探讨．结果认为要充分重视胸腹结合部的损伤，对胸腹结合部损伤的病例，必须高度重视创伤性膈疝的诊断．胸部X线平片是主要诊断手段，如无特殊禁忌，手术治疗为首选，疝入空腔脏器者应紧急手术．
This article summarizes 9 cases of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia admitted since 1991, and retrospectively analyzed the diagnosis and treatment. The results suggest that full attention to the injury of the thoracoabdominal junction, the injury of the thoracoabdominal junction cases, we must attach great importance to the diagnosis of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Chest X-ray is the main diagnostic tool, without special taboo, surgical treatment is preferred, hernia into the hollow organs should be emergency surgery.
