常规福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋后,使组织内许多有意义抗原的抗原活性减弱、消失而很难检测到。最近,许多实验室证明用微波辐射能使一些抗原的活性有所恢复。以往我们在福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋组织中未能染出层粘连蛋白受体。本研究结果显示将微波辐射和胰蛋白酶消化结合起来使层粘连蛋白受体显强阳性染色。高、低转移能力的细胞系、层粘连蛋白受体的染色强度无显著差异。
After routine formalin fixation and paraffin embedding, the antigenic activity of many antigens in the tissue is weakened and disappears and is difficult to detect. Recently, many laboratories have demonstrated that the use of microwave radiation can restore the activity of some antigens. In the past, we were unable to stain laminin receptors in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues. The results of this study show that the combination of microwave irradiation and trypsin digestion strongly positively stains the laminin receptor. There was no significant difference in the staining intensity of high and low metastatic cell lines and laminin receptors.
