为研究 TGF- β1 对角膜上皮所致的外周淋巴细胞亚群 CD4及 CD8活化的影响。我们采用 CD4、CD8免疫荧光标记及流式细胞仪检测技术 ,对 BAL B/ c小鼠角膜上皮移植术后 12 d的外周血中 CD4+ 、 CD8+ 的表达进行分析。结果发现 BAL B/ c小鼠角膜上皮移植术后 12 d的外周血中 CD4+ 、 CD8+ 的表达均有显著升高 ;术后经 TGF-β1 治疗 ,CD4+ 、 CD8+ 以及 CD4+ / CD8+ 明显受到抑制。结论 :TGF-β1 可抑制特异性抗原介导的 ,以及非特异性炎症诱导的移植排斥反应
To investigate the effect of TGF-β1 on the activation of CD4 and CD8 on peripheral lymphocytes induced by corneal epithelium. We analyzed the expression of CD4 + and CD8 + in peripheral blood of BALB / c mice 12 days after corneal epithelial transplantation using CD4 and CD8 immunofluorescence labeling and flow cytometry. The results showed that the expression of CD4 + and CD8 + in peripheral blood of BALB / c mice was significantly increased 12 days after corneal epithelial transplantation. The levels of CD4 +, CD8 + and CD4 + / CD8 + were significantly inhibited after TGF-β1 treatment. Conclusion: TGF-β1 can inhibit the specific antigen-mediated, as well as non-specific inflammation-induced graft rejection
