上海第三钢铁厂、上海建筑科学研究所承担的上海市“七·五”重大科技项目“K305A 新Ⅳ级钢筋生产与应用技术试验研究”,经过5年多时间的生产试验和推广应用,于1991年7月,通过了市级鉴定。鉴定认为上海第三钢铁厂研制的 K305A 新Ⅳ级钢筋采用月牙形新外型,尺寸精确,符合国家标准。经轧后余热处理,强度等级达590MPa,高于40Si2MnV Ⅳ级钢筋。为国内首创。K305A 新Ⅳ级钢筋采用氧气转炉冶炼,碳含量和合金含量都较低,其焊接、冷弯、
Shanghai No.3 Steel Plant and Shanghai Institute of Building Science undertook the “Seventh Five-Year” major science and technology project of Shanghai Municipality on the “Test and Research on the Production and Application Technology of New Grade IV Reinforcing Steel K305A”. After more than five years of production testing and popularization and application, July 1991, passed the municipal appraisal.
