在当今以顾客为中心的时代,顾客与顾客知识已经成为企业获取持续竞争优势的重要源泉。如何管理顾客头脑中的知识更是企业的当务之急。本文从用户创新及其管理的视角,在对国外相关文献进行梳理和分析的基础上,探讨了用户创新的内涵、用户创新存在的原因、创新用户特征以及用户创新管理等问题,并对该领域的未来研究进行了展望。
In today’s customer-centric era, customer and customer knowledge has become an important source of business for sustainable competitive advantage. How to manage the knowledge in the customer’s mind is the top priority of the enterprise. This paper explores the connotation of user innovation, the reasons for user innovation, the characteristics of innovative users and user innovation management based on the review and analysis of relevant foreign literature from the perspective of user innovation and management. The future research is prospected.
