1 CMOS技术介绍众所周知,数码相机主要有两种传感器:电子耦合器件(charge couple device,CCD)和互补型金属氧化半导体(complementary metal-oxide semiconductor,CMOS)。CMOS原本是计算机系统内一种重要的芯片,其制造技术与一般计算机芯片无差别且工艺简单,主要是利用硅和锗这两种元素所做成的半导体,使其在CMOS上共存着带N(带-电)和P(带+电)级的半导体,这两个互补效应所产生的电流即可被处理芯片纪录和解读成影像。
1 Introduction to CMOS technology As we all know, there are two main digital camera sensors: electronic coupling device (charge couple device, CCD) and complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS). CMOS is originally a kind of important chip in the computer system. Its manufacturing technology has no difference with the general computer chip and the process is simple. The main use is the semiconductor made of the two elements of silicon and germanium so that the coexistence of the semiconductor with the N (With electricity) and P (with + electricity) grade semiconductor, the two complementary effects of the current generated by the chip can be recorded and interpreted into images.
