目的 探讨小鼠肾小体形态的发生规律。 方法 应用光镜、电镜技术并结合体视学方法和图像分析技术对生前和生后小鼠肾脏中各发育阶段的肾小体进行形态学观察和立体计量学的测量。 结果 可见肾小体发育的 4个阶段 ,胚龄 14d时 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肾小体出现 ,生后 7d消失。胚龄 16d时 ,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肾小体出现 ,其体积从胚龄 16d到生后 4 0d增大约 70倍 ,数目从胚龄 16d到生后 7d增加约 2 0倍 ,生后 7d后基本恒定。 结论 小鼠肾小体于胚龄 14d发生 ,生后 7d前增殖明显 ,生后 7d后不再增殖 ,肾小体的发育以单个体积迅速增大为特点。
Objective To investigate the occurrence of renal morphology in mice. Methods Morphological observation and stereometrical measurement of renal bodies in different developmental stages of the kidney in both pre-and post-partum mice were performed by light microscopy and electron microscopy combined with stereological methods and image analysis techniques. The results showed four stages of renal development, embryonic age 14d, Ⅰ, Ⅱ renal bodies appear, disappeared 7d after birth. On the 16th day of embryo age, the bodies of stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ presented with the size of about 70 times from the age of embryo to the stage of 40 days, and the number increased about 20 times from 16 days of embryo to 7 days after birth. After 7 days of birth, Constant. Conclusion The renal bodies of mice developed at embryonic day 14d, and proliferated 7 days after birth. After 7 days, they no longer proliferated, and the development of kidney was characterized by rapid increase of individual volume.
