文中介绍了包头煤化工循环冷却水系统浓缩倍数存在的问题,通过一段时间的运行以及对系统详细分析,有针对性对其存在的问题提出整改措施,使浓缩倍数稳定提高。近年来,随着国内化工企业生产规模和加工深度的扩大,其耗水量也大幅增加。化工板块作为耗水大户,水的问题在企业生产成本里占有举足轻重的地位。而提高浓缩倍数是当前公认的有效节水方法,提高浓缩倍数,可以降低补充水量,从而节约水资源;还可以降低排污水量,从而减少对环境和废水的处理量。此外,提高浓缩倍数还可以节约水处理剂的消耗量,从而降低冷却水处理的成本。
In this paper, the problems of concentration multiple of circulating cooling water system in Baotou coal chemical industry are introduced. Through a period of operation and detailed analysis of the system, some corrective measures are put forward to solve the problems existing in the system, so that the enrichment multiple is steadily improved. In recent years, with the expansion of the scale of production and processing of domestic chemical companies, their water consumption has also increased substantially. Chemical sector as a big water user, water problems in the production cost of the company occupies a pivotal position. The increase of concentration times is currently recognized as an effective water-saving method, increasing the concentration multiples, can reduce the amount of additional water, thereby saving water resources; also can reduce the amount of sewage discharge, thereby reducing the amount of environmental and wastewater treatment. In addition, increasing the concentration ratio can also save water treatment agent consumption, thereby reducing the cost of cooling water treatment.
