目的研究紫外线对实验室污染的基因物质清除效果。方法采用基因扩增检测技术,对紫外线灯照射法清除基因物质污染的效果进行实验室评价。结果紫外线在辐射强度为60μW/cm2条件下照射6 h,对基因物质基本没有清除效果。将紫外线灯照射距离缩短到30 cm或延迟照射时间至12 h,亦未显示出对核酸污染物明显的清除效果。结论用紫外线清除实验室中的基因物质污染效果不明显。
Objective To study the effect of UV on the clearance of genetic material in laboratory. Methods The gene amplification assay was used to evaluate the efficacy of UV lamp irradiation in removing genetic material pollution. Results UV irradiation at a radiation intensity of 60 μW / cm2 for 6 h did not result in any significant clearance of genetic material. Shorten the irradiation distance of UV lamp to 30 cm or delay the irradiation time to 12 h, and also did not show a clear removal effect on nucleic acid pollutants. Conclusion It is not obvious to remove the pollution of genetic material in the laboratory by UV light.
