考虑到车辆高速、重载和快速制动的需要,设计出电液伺服控制的重型车辆制动器电控单元。通过采集车速、主制动液压缸输出的制动压力信号,使用可编程逻辑器件判断制动油压和车速的逻辑关系,协调液力减速器和盘式制动器的工作,以便完成行车制动与紧急制动。所设计的电控单元具有响应速度快、工作可靠和结构简单等优点。
Considering the need of high-speed, heavy-duty and rapid braking, the electro-hydraulic servo control heavy-duty vehicle brake electronic control unit is designed. Through the acquisition of the vehicle speed, brake pressure signal output by the master brake cylinder, the programmable logic device is used to judge the logic relationship between the brake pressure and the vehicle speed to coordinate the work of the hydrodynamic retarder and the disc brake so as to complete the service braking and Emergency braking. The designed electronic control unit has the advantages of fast response, reliable operation and simple structure.
