随着世界进入后工业时代,教师的职业专门化已成为当今国际教师教育(包括培养与培训)的一个重要发展方向。教师已经不满足于从前辈的经验或自己的积累中吸取灵感,希望从“教书匠”变成具有反思能力的专家型教师。成为专家型教师,离不开对问题的研究,也就需要掌握相应的研究方法。而语文教师由于语文学科自身的特点(工具性与人文性的统一),产生的研究问题适合运用质的研究。故笔者将在下文以语文教师的视角,谈几点从陈向明教授所著《教师如何作质的研究》一书中得到的启示。
As the world enters the post-industrial era, the professionalization of teachers has become an important development direction for today’s international teacher education (including training and training). Teachers are no longer satisfied with drawing inspiration from their predecessors’ experience or their own accumulation, hoping to turn them into expert teachers with reflective ability. Become an expert teacher, can not do without the study of the problem, also need to master the appropriate research methods. Language teachers, due to their own characteristics of the language subject (the unity of instrumental and humanistic), the research questions generated by the application of qualitative research. Therefore, I will be below in the language teacher’s point of view, talk about how to learn from Professor Chen Xiangming’s “how teachers make qualitative research” book enlightenment.
